1. Shipping Policy

At Raawli, we strive to deliver your hand-selected ethnic wear as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: * Standard Shipping: [e.g., ₹99 or Free on orders over ₹2,999]. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

    • Express Shipping: [e.g., ₹250]. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email/SMS containing your tracking number.

  • Damages: Raawli is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you in filing a claim.

 

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Raawali purchase. If the fit isn't right or the style doesn't suit you, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, customized outfits and items purchased during "Final Sale" events cannot be returned.

Exchange Process

We offer a one-time free exchange for size issues.

  1. Email us with your Order ID and the desired size.

  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

  3. Once the quality check is passed, your new size will be dispatched.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.

 

Please Note: Many of our products feature traditional prints (Bandhani, Floral) and hand-embroidery (Gota Patti). Slight variations in color or finish are not considered defects; they are the hallmarks of authentic, handcrafted ethnic wear.
